I thank YOU again for your support in the ad of last June in the Dallas Morning News and the growing momentum behind my campaign for the 4th Congressional District of Texas.  To recap: I have never held elective office, a good thing, but was successful in business and want to help us ....TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK!!

 

I am delivering copies of The Federalist Papers to volunteers and potential voters, but I need your help.

 

 

Can you help me in obtaining contributions of $17.76 from citizens from all 50 States of our Republic.  This will demonstrate the broad appeal, not of me or my campaign, but of the need to remind ourselves and our Children of the Blessings bestowed by our divinely inspired Constitution.  PLEASE send to any of your friends outside of Texas and ask them to go to:

The campaign is taking off! We ran penetration/introduction radio ads on the six (6) most influential radio networks in the District. We have mailed all 43,442 households with our initial 'mailer'. We have two other in queue which includes a letter of introduction to every registered voting household. Fox News Network (Cable Northeast Texas only) commercials are running.  56 spots per week in all 16 Texas Counties in the District. It is public record that I personally placed $250 K, to start the campaign. I am not a Mark Cuban or Gates, but if all I risk is the money I saved for my 6 children and my retirement, then so be it. My father (and your relatives) risked their LIVES for this great Republic!

 

The contribution of $17.76 (obviously, a reminder of our year of Independence) will capture the energy and mutual interest of the citizens that share the desire to "turn things around".

 

So, I am well aware of all the email SPAM and solicitations and I salute your rightful reticence to respond to a request for money, whatever amount.

 

My conviction is simple. This is OUR Nation. We the People.  I am intentionally trying to attract individuals as opposed to PACs. I am running against an 86 year old incumbent that doesn't want to let go. A good person, but with no signature Legislation after 15 terms.

 

When the People speak, then they should be noticed.  Last summer the Tea Party rallies were ignored by the main stream media.  I hope this campaign reminds them of the power that we can and will wield collectively.

 

So I ask for you to please reach out to friends in other States to be able to claim that we, WE, have support in all 50 States. If you choose not, then I appreciate your time in reading this and wish the best best for any and all of your Candidates.
